Login, account, and access help

Contact us if you cannot sign in, cannot access your account, changed email address, or need help restoring access. Include the email on your account and whether you sign in with email, Apple, or Google.

Bug reports and technical issues

Report crashes, slow loading, missing content, or anything that does not work as expected. Sharing the device model, OS version, app version, screenshots, and steps to reproduce helps us investigate faster.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

For App Store or Google Play purchases, include the store, receipt or order number, and purchase date. Refunds and subscription billing are handled according to Apple or Google policies, and some refund requests must be submitted directly in your App Store or Google Play account.

Privacy, personal data, and account deletion

You can delete your account in the app settings or by emailing help@jegerhub.com. You can also contact us for privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion of personal data connected to your account.
