3.1 Registration:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• All information must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for keeping login information secure
• One person may only have one active account

3.2 Account security:

• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• We may suspend accounts if misuse is suspected

4.1 Listing requirements:

• You must be the owner or have rights to the property
• All information in listings must be true and accurate
• Photos must represent the actual property
• Prices must be clearly stated and include any additional fees

4.2 Responsibilities and obligations:

• Ensure the property matches the description in the listing
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations for hunting
• Communicate clearly about hunting times, rules, and restrictions
• Treat hunters with respect and professionalism

4.3 Payments:

• Payments are processed through Stripe Connect
• Landowners pay no commission to Jegerhub. The 10% platform fee plus VAT is charged to the hunter and shown before payment.
• Payouts are made 7–14 days after the hunt is completed

5.1 Booking and payment:

• You are obligated to pay for bookings you make
• Carefully review all terms before booking
• Contact the landowner with questions before booking

5.2 Hunting rules:

• You must have a valid hunting license and follow all hunting seasons
• Follow landowners' specific rules and guidelines
• Respect the property and nature
• Report all harvests required by law

5.3 Responsibility:

• You are responsible for your own safety while hunting
• You are responsible for damage you cause
• You must have valid hunting insurance

6.1 Payment terms:

• All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK)
• Payment is made at booking through Stripe
• We accept most credit cards and payment methods

6.2 Cancellations and refunds:

• More than 48 hours before the hunt: Full refund minus processing fee
• 24–48 hours before the hunt: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Landowner cancels: Full refund
• Extreme weather conditions: May be eligible for a refund after assessment

6.3 Platform fee:

Jegerhub charges a 10% platform fee plus VAT to cover payment processing, customer service and platform development. The fee is charged to the hunter at booking and shown as part of the total price before payment. The landowner keeps the hunting price set in the listing.

Fraud, deception, or misleading information

Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior

Spam or unsolicited marketing

Bypassing the payment system or platform fee

Use of automated systems (bots) without permission

Copying or reproduction of the platform's content

8.1 Our content:

The Jegerhub platform, including design, code, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and belongs to Jegerhub AS.

8.2 User content:

• You retain the rights to content you upload
• You grant us the right to display and use the content on the platform
• You warrant that you have the right to share the content
• We may remove content that violates our guidelines

9.1 Platform liability:

• We are an intermediary platform and are not a party to agreements between users
• We do not guarantee the quality of hunting experiences
• We are not liable for damage or loss during hunting
• We are not liable for breaches of agreements between users

9.2 Technical liability:

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee error-free operation
• We are not liable for losses due to technical issues
• We back up data, but recommend that users do the same

9.3 Maximum liability:

Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months.

10.1 Our rights:

• We may suspend or close accounts for breaches of the terms
• We may remove content that violates the guidelines
• We may refuse service without stating a reason

10.2 Your rights:

• You can delete your account at any time
• You can appeal our decisions
• You can request payout of funds that belong to you

12.1 Norwegian law:

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
