Jegerhub is a digital marketplace that connects hunters with landowners for hunting experiences. The service includes:
Ability for landowners to list hunting properties
Booking and payment system for hunting experiences
Communication platform between hunters and landowners
Profile and review system
We are an intermediary platform and are not a direct party to agreements between hunters and landowners.

6. Payments and refunds
Jegerhub charges a 10% platform fee plus VAT to cover payment processing, customer service and platform development. The fee is charged to the hunter at booking and shown as part of the total price before payment. The landowner keeps the hunting price set in the listing.
7. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the platform for:
Illegal hunting or activities that violate Norwegian law
Fraud, deception, or misleading information
Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
Spam or unsolicited marketing
Bypassing the payment system or platform fee
Use of automated systems (bots) without permission
Copying or reproduction of the platform's content
8. Intellectual property
The Jegerhub platform, including design, code, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and belongs to Jegerhub AS.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months.

We may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
12. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
